Great vid big fan there’s only a few channels on here that are actually good. There’s 4wduk who constantly go of the tracks in most there videos there Of the track or smoking pot so glad your lot are on form.
I’m going to have to agree there. I’m there videos There’s alway the man chap with one in his hand along the lanes. But defo agree need more people out there not being dicks. There’s a few on here like that.
Thank you Phil Td5! Really appreciate that comment! People want to see green lanes driven and that’s what we do! I’ve got a couple special events coming up I’ve got a classic Land Rover trip coming soon!series1,2,3 109,101 and v8 classic R/R and disco 1! That will be awesome to watch!! 👌🏼 thanks for the support on the channel and hope you enjoy my other videos! 👌🏼👌🏼
Thanks for that comment Tommy! I do my best to capture some great green lanes and the action on them! Glad you enjoy the vids! Plenty more great trips and vids to come this year!! 👌🏼👌🏼 thanks for the support for the channel!!
Excellent well done west wales 😊 And back up the comment with 4wd stopped watching when throttle Mayhem left them. Total ass wipes. West wales you need to meet up with throttle mayhem. There actually not given the credit they deserve there stuff is great 😊😊
@@tommylandrover I’m going to agree here throttle mayhem have some good vids. Ok the lad flooded dickish move but great content. Defo need these 2 out on the tracks be a good watch. Both groups similar. West wales lanes your all brill
Hey 4rings! Thanks for watching! Good vid hopefully helps people out! Yeah that pinin is some vehicle does really well..unfortunately mot expired and long list of jobs so not been out in a while with it!! Glad you enjoyed that vid! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
I love getting the old paper maps out don’t do it very often with all digital technology at our finger tips!! Was funny as nearly lost the map a few times with the wind haha! 👌🏼👌🏼
Thanks for watching hope that video helped and Gave a idea into how to find lanes! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel hope you enjoy the rest of the videos! 👌🏼
Thank you glad it was if use!! I get alot people asking about green lanes and what types we have where they are and how to find them so though just do a little ‘how to’ type vid! Thanks for watching and support with the channel!! Really appreciate and hope you enjoy my other videos!
I’ve heard the memory maps is quite difficult to plan routes I’ve never used it! The app I have is pretty good cost £20 a year and just update the flagged lanes with any new info / blockages on lane or Closure’s! Carnt beat a good paper map but they do get in the way haha! Nearly lost mine few times when I was filming this vid! 😆👌🏼
Thanks mate i didn’t know how this was going to go as never done full filming of myself in front of the camera!! Haha plus it’s good little vid for newbies who don’t know how to find green lanes or where to look!! Thanks for the comment and support much appreciated as always!! 👌🏼👌🏼
@@ALL_4_WHEELS you did very well bud and I picked up few couple of new places to find lanes And it’s a decent channel that definitely deserves the support 👍🏻
Good video I learned a bit. If you get a chance could you advise on mods required to 4x4 tyres etc. I have a 110 defender but only been used for towing.
Thanks for watching I was bit nervous doing full vid in front camera 1st time doing that haha! Glad it’s helped you out! If you want to go laning in your defender..as stock they are very capable! Set of mud tyres will help a lot! If your doing laning you will benefit from a 2” suspension lift and a good solid front sump guard / bash plate 6 or 8mm thick There’s plenty off-road aftermarket parts have a search on google or check lane rover mags.. Feel free to join my facebook group 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Defender 110s are very good for greenlaning as standard. Even on AT tyres. My no 1 recommendation is to fit diff guards. Standard diff pans are very weak. Be sure to get the correct one for your rear axle.
I've got two of us, LR4 & L322 that would love to join you for camping 4x4 weekend, some of the scenery looks amazing - do you share your routes or have a group? Cheers, Ollie

I've been back and forth between signing up for TW2 or Smart Trail, but cannot find a definitive answer as to which is the most up to date/ most useful. If you've used both, which would you sign up for?
That’s a good bit tough question!! I’d say TW2.. I haven’t used smart trail.. I know of a few who have but think personally Tw2 gets more updates and more members commenting on the lanes.. Glass is expensive but all proceeds go to fighting the lanes and repairing them.. Hope this helps?..thankyou for watching and supporting the channel! 👍
@@ALL_4_WHEELS thanks for the reply, I think that's why it's been difficult to find an answer 🤣, I've read about the pros and cons of each, I do like the interactive interface of ST (From what I've seen) but TW2 appears to have a bigger user base, as a noob to green Laning and not knowing if I'd carry on doing it, the lower entry price of ST is more appealing I think.
Yes the lower price is more appealing but for little bit more I’d go for Glass personally.. I was a rep for them and helped do way marker sign post projects, cleared lanes, although not a rep anymore I still look after lanes that may need a trim here or there if there’s a nasty branch in the way etc!! 👍

@@ALL_4_WHEELS There's a process to go through to get byways and unclassified roads repaired and maintained. The green lane association is a fantastic organisation, through this you can adopt a lane to monitor and ask for assistance for maintenance. Repairs should be approved by the local council.
