Please help!!! The diphthongs / eɪ / aɪ / aʊ / and / oʊ / may sound like / ɛɪ / ʌɪ / ʌʊ / ɔʊ / . Or these are new different sounds that I need to learn

Often times, the diphthongs might be written differently by different scholars but the standard ones that you need to know are:
/aʊ/ as in town, down, mouth
/aɪ/ as in light, like, why
/eɪ/ as in play, wait, they
/eə/ as in pair, hair, where
/ɪə/ as in deer, fear, dear
/əʊ/ as in slow, know, rose
/ɔɪ/ as in toy, boy, noise
/ʊə/ as in sure, pure, cure
The other ones you mentioned above might be similar to these eight diphthongs but these are the ones you should pay attention to because these are what your examiner will be testing you on.
