Not gonna lie, that was painfull to watch xD
Not to mention keeping minions thats filling more than half of his tavern with spells,making harder to find said minions.
Yeah, this one was painful.
Against venomous divine shield is good, so is are cleave type effects that hit the neighbor, then you can sometimes pick off rhe venemous minion without directly attacking. Theres an avenge(3) that gives divine shield you passed on that can sometimes cheese venomous.
Or its hearthstone, just get lucky.

I’m almost certain your trinket selection is influenced by your most common minion type.
You're guaranteed at least neutral and 1 tribal (any tribe) trinket upon selection.
If you have 2 units of a tribe, that unlocks acces to the matching tribal trinkets for the other 2 spots
Having 3 different tribes (not 100% sure about this, might be 4 actually) gives acces to the menagerie trinkets
A trinket that doesn't match your board state will be offered at a discounted price.

I feel bad for that Rat King. because he 100% should've won.
If you cant find scam cards and have pretty much only numbers, try getting the 2 Gold Spellcraft Spell. Much better option than other spells and can give you divine shields on Tavern 5. Its interesting seeing the approach of a new player to this meta.
