  • Yesterday I was working with a patient and this is how I assessed and discovered the right exercises to improve his specific alignment.
    You can do this with your exercise routine too.
    Pick a stretch that you know you are limited in doing. Or that you are not balanced with the right and left side. Now do an exercise and then retest that stretch and see how it feels. You can sort out which exercises directly correct whatever your body is limited in doing.
