Facts 💯 let's see the ins and outs from the field prep too travel tech to the kitchen staff now all we need is some of the training to the masseuses to get guys lose before games to the person doing the taping up of players ankles and hands as well as facility maintenance

The chiefs kitchen looks like a small diner kitchen. Im actually kind of in wow did not expect it to be so small and simplified but functional. Kudos to the crew.

The question was what is freshwater red salmon that's when the salmon go up in the freshwater and they respond and they turns stark red when this happens there's many things in that meat that make you strong and his excellent also for bodybuilders

People dont understand. the workout isnt the hardwork, the diet is. I use to consume 8k cals a day, and you dont enjoy food at that point. having chefs who understand this is what makes winners. variety is key, one that most cant afford.

The coach is putting peanut butter in a smoothie he would be better off using peeled almonds the almonds are excellent for the human body but the peelings have a lactin inside of them so you want to have peeled almonds and he'll even feel better
