    Interesting. I can completely see myself dropping the arm as I breath, but I always thought I was just maintaining my pace, so not to leave the arm out in front.

      @@FaresKsebati I would like to see a breaststroke vid, my coach told me I was doing my kick wrong and I have tried to correct it, but it feels weird and wrong.

    Very useful info, thank you! However, I have heard from one of the swimming coaches, that using tennis balls to practise the catch phase can cause too much tension in your wrists. Could you suggest other drills to improve the catch and get both hands to used to be opened rather than curled? Thank you 😊

      I don't know if this helps, but I do that drill with my fists closed. It doesn't hurt but then again I don't do that drill very often.

      You can do it with a fist, 1 2 or 3 fingers

      Use a paddle but grab it so the paddle is on your forearm

    I don't make these mistakes anymore but still my times are not very good unfortunatly
