I've always wanted to watch this. I've only seen it on TV once but I was really young so I can't remember anything except coming into a room and the Walmart in the desert scene was playing. To this day its one of my top ten favorite jokes in a movie
I love how Bugs was written in this movie. He wanted Daffy rehired not only because he likes him, but because Daffy’s integral to the comedic dynamic. Otherwise, it falls flat like the movie shows later. And Daffy struggling with wanting to be revered just like Bugs was something interesting to follow as well. I like how the movie gives them both a lot of nuance and characterization beyond their usual tropes. We see more of that in Looney Tunes media in the more recent years, but that wasn’t all that common when this movie originally premiered.
I can see that. Being close bro or hobros is a thing I can see. The Looney Toon Show from the early 2010s really shows there tolerance and love for each other. Bugs is the bread winner and Dafft is the shallow but loveable one.
In The Looney Tunes Show Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck was friends and rivals, are not couple. Bugs Bunny has girlfriend it's Lola Bunny. Daffy Duck has girlfriend it's Tina Russo.
Daffy and Bugs work best as a duo which act as roommates. They argue and agree on some things but when shit hits the fan they act as if there's no issues between them whatsoever, then straight back to their argument.

I forgot how Chill and Cool Bugs was in this movie, that's a plus. But it's hard to ship _Daffy_ with anybody when he treats _everybody_ like shit in every scene. I know he's frequently compared to Donald, but even Donald makes it clear through his behavior who he hates and who he's close to.
Well if everyone else didn't treat Daffy like shit and kept making him the butt of every joke and giving him the short end of the stick he'd have a better and nicer attitude.
Too bad most of the people who hate this ship are homophobic. Especially that one Russian guy who replies on millions of comments that shit ship ruined Looney Tunes
I like to see them like the movie Hancock (yes the Will Smith movie but bear with me) both are immortals and powerful entities who have been existing for almost a century and no matter what happens and how many versions of them are created (Golden era, back in action, looney tunes show etc etc) they always end up together.

@@мистерконнектор literally no one cares. This video isn’t for you it’s for the Baffy shippers. Go find something more productive to do than bash on a ship YOU don’t like. @@Dinkerdoodle follow your own fkn advice and “get over YOURSELF “. Put up stupid videos like these and expect the backlash. You think it’s fine to make RUclips videos corrupting childhood memories and movies for kids that NEVER intended to portray all the shit you want to think you see.
Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck they're just friends and rivals, they're not couple. Bugs Bunny has girlfriend it's Lola Bunny. Daffy Duck has girlfriend it's Tina Russo.
For me they're best friends, but I approve of this ship: their chemistry is undeniable.
Baffy is worst overrated ship. They're don't have chemistry
Yeah they have some mad chemistry. A good ship for a rainy day
The way Daffy just had the cards ready for Bugs omg
RIP Joe Alaskey (1952-2016), he voiced Bugs and Daffy in this movie
(Sylvester, Beaky Buzzard, and Mama Bear too)
Their characters and personalities in this movie are so good. I've never seen them go together more perfectly.
Really hope this blows up and gives this movie the recognition it deserves. Was one of my absolute favourites as a kid
I still love the scene where they exchange Wills. Also;
"I think we dented it..."
"Don't worry, it's a rental."
The experience is very special with them together
At 2:13 it sounds like daffy's in the mood
😭I hate you for pointing this out
@@ahaahbahoo1821 haha
"No one will ever know."
😂
Half of this movie is just Buggs flirting with Daffy. The looks he gives him tho-
A true duo. Love just how much they work so well together
I love how the creator is not afraid to show that they like each other... 🤣🤣🤣
my god, they are SO married. this is adorable, i've never seen this movie but now i really want to! it seems really charming actually
EDIT: i didn't mean to start a whole-ass argument ;; geez. anyway they're soulmates your honor
Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck they are not married couple. Bugs loves only Lola. Daffy Duck loves only Tina Russo. Bugs and Daffy they are friends and rivals.
@@freedomfantom8213 No there totally a married couple sorry.
@@ethankleinman1067 no. Bugs Bunny and Daffy they're are just friends and rivals are not old married couple.
@@ethankleinman1067 Bugs Bunny has girlfriend it's Lola Bunny. Daffy Duck has girlfriend it's Tina Russo
@@freedomfantom8213 Yeah they're polyamorous bisexual husbands in The Looney Tunes Show♥✨
The effects of this movie are really good. I know it's not a masterpiece, but I think it carries the spirit of roger rabbit and the looney tunes really well
I've always wanted to watch this.
Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck wasn't lovers.
@@freedomfantom8213Before you say dumb shit like this, fix your grammar or learn better English
If you rewind the part when they're on a date it shows up as the most replayed and I love that everyone else had the same idea
Daffy and Bugs work best as a duo which act as roommates. They argue and agree on some things but when shit hits the fan they act as if there's no issues between them whatsoever, then straight back to their argument.
This movie is such an underrated gem
And in the 2011 show they were roommates!
Yep. Just roommates.
fr liiiiiiike
"All you have to do is munch on a carrot and people love you" oh the pain i felt on that line.
Omg them being on the phone together is really cute 😂
This movie is better than people remember. Hell, about ten years ago, this was my first real intro to the classic WB characters and I've loved them ever since.
i've don't even know how long i've been waiting for this video, thank you for this masterpiece!🥰💖
(0:59 he sounds so fond😍)
all this time i've been thinking abt learning to edit just to make a "looney tunes back in action but only bugs and daffy" vid and then i find this. it'll suffice for now ty🙏
Actually this makes a great rivals to lovers fanfic lmao, we love some angst.
I don't know why some of y'all are mad this is funny af
Some people taking the couple part too seriously. I saw one person commenting on at least 2 threads about how they not a couple 🤦🏾♀️
Ikr, this is hilarious
@@crystalblunt192yep but its not really funny that person is being a real "bugskill".
........ please laugh😢
Too bad most of the people who hate this ship are homophobic. Especially that one Russian guy who replies on millions of comments that shit ship ruined Looney Tunes
1:54 i did not catch and zaaaaaaaamn what did they talk about before the cutscene?
I like to see them like the movie Hancock (yes the Will Smith movie but bear with me)
both are immortals and powerful entities who have been existing for almost a century and no matter what happens and how many versions of them are created (Golden era, back in action, looney tunes show etc etc) they always end up together.
“Alright BuCk ToOtH. Stick a ✨carrot✨ in it.”
-Daffy Duck
their more like scorned exes who clearly still love each other
Lmao I been shipping these two without ever knowing it but like can we also give huge props for the late Joe Alaskey? Joe Alaskey was the voice actor for Bugs and Daffy in this movie and is definitely a huge reason why the chemistry between those two was amazing. Besides the great Mel Blanc, Joe is definitely one my favorite voice actor for Bugs and Daffy. I love this movie and I truly hope that one day it gets the recognition that it deserves.
Bugs and Daffy they're just friends and rivals, they're not couple.
@@freedomfantom8213 Please stop and let people have thier fun.
That first clip is indeed living proof that great minds do think alike.
GOD This movie is such an underrated masterpiece
People really like this "couple" (I don't deny ANYTHING)
I’ve been watching this movie all my life and never, NEVER, have I ever noticed all these little things between Bugs & Daffy, they’re just 😩👌
That’s because there aren’t any. It’s bullshit.
You have to admit considering their rivalry bugs knows that he can't do the show without Daffy😋
The interactions between these two were literally the only thing keeping me watching the movie.
0:10 just realised this mtf said “he always comes back” before the idea of William Afton was even imagined
I alwayth come back
this is my comfort video
I really love the bratty top and cranky bottom dynamic they have going here.
You just can’t have one without the other. It’s physically impossible and if anything were to separate these two I will bet GOOD money that the universe would spontaneously explode.
Thank you.
I know Bugs and Daffy are the focal point of this video, but I just love when Elmer says "Pweese my dark masta"
This is honestly one of the best movies I've watched before.
I don’t get the boyfriend part, but man are these two the perfect buddies
Same. I’m don’t get why people ship them so much. Can’t these two have a platonic relationship?
@@misshollis7547 Not in this day and age. Everyone has to be in love with each other, friendship doesn't exist, you can only have a close bond if you want to marry and/or fuck someone, no exception.

Bugs and Daffy are breaking up and getting back together for the past 70+ years
Get you someone who looks at you the way Bugs looks at Daffy.
I absolutely love their relationship in this movie
"pronoun trouble" really got me in the end there.
So, Tails Gets Trolled is canon. I can live with that .
BUGS: Daffy always “comes” back
PRODUCER: ……what?
This is how you do animation in live action hybrids, folks. Space Jam: A New Legacy, take notes.
I love this movie! And maybe it's just me, but the animation in this movie is really beautiful and still holds up to this day.
(really hate how tacky the chip and dale movie looks, even roger rabbit did better)
Roger rabbit along with looney tunes back in actions animation still hold up great there pleasing to the eyes goofy and smooth they will both stand the test of time
Honestly bugs and daffy really carry this movie because I remember the actual human parts being so boring.
As with all movies with popular characters and random humans (example, Sonic the Hedgehog)
Then you'll enjoy the tie-in video game a lot more since they are the main characters.
Loony Tunes Back In Action is so underrated it's a shame it gets outshined by Space Jam and even A New Legacy gets more attention just by being really bad.
I don't care what anyone says, this movie was a masterpiece! Taped it off of tv and must've watched it a million times! XD
Daffy duck does have a good heart to save Bugs's life 2:07
This was one of my favorite movies growing up and I think I even had the book they put out based on the movie, haha.
Bugs and daffy are classics lmao
The "We want Daffy! We want Daffy!" is so cute 🥹
“WAiT A MInuTE-! Pronoun trouble.”
I CANT IM WHEEZING JXBZJSJDDJ
"..I just tell him how much I need him." They really do act like a married couple lol no wonder bugs lets daffy live with him
If only Joe Dante was allowed creative freedom, this movie would have been in a league of its own.
