If you look carefully, the arm is restrictive, the front tilt wont go back behond level,i must say that seems a bit crazy,I wonder if it was designed that way to stop any possibility of a ground crash, or swiping an engineer at ground level.Does look bloody cool, would love a go.
all this and no slip-ring on the roll axis?? Forget fighter-jet flight simulator. You will only be able to do 1, maybe 2 rolls to one side before you will need to 'roll-back'
No because the human perception cant tell more than 3 degrees of tilt. Once you get to 3 degrees after a few seconds you start feeling normal. That's why flying in the clouds is very dangerous without instruments. Your primary equilibrium organ are your eyes not your ear. So you can simulate whatever you need. You don't need to do full roll backs to fool the mind. Interesting eh?
I use to work with orange Kuka KR500 robots. This raspberry color is pretty nice.
Fun side effect: the robot looks kind of sentient as it reacts to human input. Cool vid!
Reminds me of a bell helicopter cabin.
Would love to see a VR one
No mech simulation? But the future is waiting for us to catch up to it!
Mechwarrior or Elite: Dangerous come to mind
So close and yet so far. One more axis on the cabin and it could produce a constant G in every direction.
It actually can
This Simulator is from BEC GmbH in Pfullingen. Right ?
can i mount it on my house?
Now make it play NO MAN"S SKY
Ok everything is fine but why operator need ladder to go in simulator? Nobody think to set start position close enough to jump from ground?

This, i was waiting for them to do anything more then just one roll to right or left before the ripped those cables right off lol

@@GabsareSarg Very true, just a slight movement is enough to fool the mind.
Excelente
This is just too big for the games room. I'll check back later to see a better size.
