inside a 9volt baterry theres two partition each of 3.4 volt.

Bro the multimeter is powered by 9volt battery.. Don’t you see on the digital display of the multimeter ,there’s a battery logo on it..
means that the battery from the multimeter is draining because its trying to charge the rechargeable 9volt battery. It can happen but its not a 100% sure that the result will be okay,, .
note:that 9v bat from the multimeter is not rechargeable..
notice that it only took 10-15 to rechage because of that 9v bat from the multimeter..
so be careful on doing this cause it might damage your multimeter or the battery it self..
