Ever since i saw sepi and godfrey swap meals, i lowkey started shipping them...they just really jive well and it's really great to see more of them together(they eat really well and just pure fun with no awkward moment/pauses). I would love to try all those desserts, they all looked good!

How is it you do all of these videos in a UK based environment yet south Asians and their cuisine - one of the biggest minority groups in the country - are completely absent?

I looooooove sepi from Korean Englishman and im happy to see her branching out
I just realized it was her halfway through the 2nd restaurant. I was like, "she sounds a lot like Sepi....who I saw on Korean Englishman..." LOL
My mom makes similar of those dishes at Mamasons! She has her own special too, mixing it with lambanog (coconut wine), my dad and uncle for some reasons loove it!
NOTE: I noticed that they have 'calamansi' and Guyabano fruit on their menu...I know the taste but I am not sure how they taste when added on those desserts since I only knew them on juice form.
The ube brownie with ube ice cream from Mamasons? I could eat it everyday morning, noon and night they are amazing

When the guy said, "'cause there's so many ingredients, it'll be kind of a waste to mix them all together. So we're gonna have to try them all individually" to try the Halo-halo, he completely missed the point of Halo-halo. It literally translates "Mix-Mix". It literally asked you to mix it well, even said it TWICE. Tsk tsk. Great thing someone intervened. hehe
Even filipinos. Some of us eat it unmixed. I taste test a few before mixing the whole thing. Alot like the way they did it in the video 9
I had to look up what ube is discovered it's a purple flesh yam. I can't decide, I think the first was the best but the last was more authentic. Please try English desserts next not Gregg's! Quality establishments please.
Ube and pandesal are authentic Filipino food though. Although traditionally, they aren't eaten together but it's common to eat ice cream with bread as a sandwich in the Philippines and other SE Asian countries like Singapore and Malaysia.
