Great work! I like to say "it's in a state of completion longer than under construction". What I mean is that when you take a bit more time to get the details right and correct those little things that annoy you, that time is a small fraction of enjoying those efforts over the long haul. Now, if I just would have cut some holes in my wheel pants so I could air-up my tires without taking the pants off...maybe someday.

The time of the build is going so quickly. I would love to see some more videos of your Sonex, are you thinking of posting any soon?

@@pandyseven I really should. My destinations have not been as exciting in the past few years and my editing software had some problems. Other builders/pilots have provided some great content also so I have stepped back a bit.
I have a trip of about 1000 miles coming up. I'll get some footage and try to get something going.

Hey [kyqx] I probably should refer to you by name if that is, ok? I’m Andy….that said any content is good content, perhaps your first can be modifying the wheel pants for ease of tyre inflation, or why you put the pitot tube on the stabilator? The 1000-mile trip sounds like a great platform to start on….oh, and if I would choose an alternative to the Red I would pick your Orange and White trim, I do think it’s a great contrast in colour range…

@@pandyseven Hi, Andy. I put the pitot tube in the tail because I saw the same installation on W0001. I thought that it looked cool. As for the orange, I saw an orange King Air in Germany and thought it looked OK and it seems to work on the Waiex. If people don't like it they certainly don't tell me in person! Message anytime, Kip.
