Get an older one. Bought a VA STi and regret (1) buying that model, (2) buying a stock one vs buying one built with receipts by reputable tuners/shops. You'll pay damn near a nickel of a difference for a modified one vs a stock sti
I love boxers as much as the next guy. But a hilarious amount of them sound like pepsi cans being shat into. Not to mention an evo with a decent tune will leave a subaru in the dust. They rev higher, and don't have a harsh cap to their top speed.
@@phong208 Haha what you hear and what u see is 2 different things. I own a Subaru STI with good tune has got a upgraded Turbo. I dust evos quite abit. It’s all about better mods n tunes between the cars. None is really faster than the other. And yeah it’s the WRX 2.0L with the big Cannon exhausts that sound poxy. But the 2.5L sound 🤤
Love these subaru wrx sti cars I'll be getting one of these one day

I have a 2016 STI and it’s super worth it! Just make sure you do your research and preventative maintenance and always tune with mods
2014 sti bby 😘
@@avantnarde2815 are you saying its better to buy a modded sti?
@andrewbob6266 yes, only if the car was built by a high reputable tuner, and built with no expense

Subaru: hold my headgasket.
That problem is way less likely to happen for gasoline engines. Usually diesel models have problems with engine and head gasket specifically.
