In this 1on1 interview, Arshan Jawaid of KTO interviews Memphis rapper, NLE Choppa, right before the release of his Cottonwood EP. This episode is slightly different from our usual 1on1’s, we definitely interviewed NLE Choppa, but we also challenged him to a game of H.O.R.S.E, knowing how passionate he is for playing basketball. During the interview, we talked about his Cottonwood EP, wanting to have Billie Eillish on it, getting DM’d back from Lil Uzi Vert/having unreleased music with him, and DJ Akademiks gifting him a Lil Wayne signed basketball.
He also mentioned Justin Bieber being a pop artist who he’d love to work with, along side Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk. The topic of basketball also came up, as we discussed the state of the NBA and why Lebron James’s Lakers are making the NBA finals. Most importantly, we played an entire game of H.O.R.S.E, so watch the entire interview to find out who won, and what dares were involved. Kids Take Over is based out of Vancouver Canada.
