Yeah, it seems like most of these, the guy who does the dunking, or whatever else on offense, pushes or otherwise hits the other player. Isn't that a foul? I guess not.
Why? They were brave enough to go on the court. Most people mocking and jeering won’t and can’t do it. Leave your ego at the door and play the game. Getting crossed happens, what is perplexing is a person with a running start will always carry more momentum to dunk than a person standing still. Of course they will jump higher. I can’t wait till this “culture” within basketball dies.
Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
This vid is good and all but bro is ur voice rlly needed like ur just talking over the whole vid let the vid play the music is cool but ur voice is just like damn
I just have to ask, is there any player, in any sport, at any level these days, that can make a good play and then simply get on with the rest of the game? Can any of them resist trash-talking, glaring, and showboating like they just did the most impressive thing in the history of the game? (Even when their team is behind, late in the contest…even when their good play came after several screw-ups…you get the idea.) Today’s young don’t realize it, but it wasn’t always this way. There was a time when sportsmanship dominated, and the boorishness on display in videos like this would have gotten a player benched. And you know what? Sportsman-like play was no less fun and exuberant back then than today's version is, but it was mentally tougher, to be sure.
@@infrar7564 --That’s what I’ve been told, friend. For an athlete, poise is a source of satisfaction, and even joy. It also makes for a mentally tougher, more focused competitor, because not a moment is spent whining about being disrespected, or planning some asinine touchdown dance, or playing to the crowd instead of to the game, or straining to promote oneself over the team. Nothing frustrates an opponent more than getting no reaction from an un-distractible opponent, and all the (traditional) greats were imperturbable-Sanders, Borg, Nicklaus, Owens, and the list goes on and on. Ask yourself why these amazing competitors didn’t have to rely on childish behavior and self-promotion, but instead were able to succeed with dignity toward themselves, their opponents, and the games themselves.
Tyler hero Cooked the 6 year old because hero got his ankles broke by a 16 year old a couple weeks before. Didn’t wanna take the chance of being embarrassed again.
Me personally I hate how nba players react when someone gets dunked on or crossed like if I got crossed and I look over and see an nba player going wild my confidence is leaving my soul tbh 😂
