Love this. I’ve been photographing my own pet tree frogs for 18 years, and it’s not easy doing it alone with them jumping around -dart frogs can be very jumpy. Like you, I work hard on lighting, but you can’t predict which direction the frog will be facing. I have a lot of respect for you and others doing this on their own
When photographing dart frogs do you use a polarizing filter to reduce the glare caused by the backlight? Do you use TTL or manual flash in the field? I’m going to Costa Rica in December and your video provided good info. Thanks
