Unfortunately our products are not available in Australia. You can use any course bark based potting soil for transplanting Clivia plants as long as there are not to many fine soil particles. Thank you for watching my video. Kind regards. Jan

I have one that is root bound. I've seen some people loosen up the roots. Does it matter if the roots are loosened or not?

If you repot your Clivia from a small pot into a bigger pot it is not necessary to loosen the roots. When splitting a big plant into a view smaller ones it is unavoidable to loosen the roots and some roots might get damaged in the process. Damaged roots should be cut off and removed as they may cause disease. I am planning on doing a video on dividing a clivia soon. Thank you for watching my video. Kind Regards. Jan
