Outside of the super fucky transitions, the song itself is soooooo much fun to play. It's got some slight mathy parts, a punk beat, a blast beat, and triplety prog beat, it's got everything... But then the transitions make it a nightmare hahaha
Funny you should say that. I'm definitely pretty proud of the playing of the actual parts, but I just winged it (wung it...?) on the transitions between sections - and they're super weird - and I definitely botched them, so someday I might redo this 🤷
I could notate it out but I dunno how I'd be able to send it in a YT comment...basically the same thing as what I'm doing at 0:34 but my right hand is also on the snare instead of the ride if that helps..?
