I'll never forget being in Las Vegas walking through the casino shops, and someone said "Hey, want Pete Rose's autograph?" I laughed and said "No way, he's still alive?" And that's when I saw Pete Rose sitting directly behind him, who clearly heard me. And the look on Pete's face seemed like he was surprised he alive was too. I felt horrible. RIP Pete Rose.
Rose not bein in the Hall of Fame is nasty work.. especially seeing as how gambling is legal now.. don’t come here on the self righteous tip either, being sarcastic trying to school me.. my uncle played with him and I’ve met many baseball greats who think his ban is a joke..
