I think most Fjords are right brain and the ones the Fjord rescue I belong to that have problems have been not allowed to think or ask questions, sucking up the being pushed until they can't take it any more. They require understanding because they are so intelligent and try so hard. I have had my girl Karrina since 2014 and she's my personal therapy horse. I had a bad horse wreck in 1995 that still haunts me and poor Karrina is sometimes the victim of that bit of history. She's not done anything to deserve my reactions but she's mostly a saint so we get past my problems. I only ride a few minutes at a time and infrequently now since my girl isn't sound herself often. It's better for her though if I ride off her weight that restrict her calories and if I could only explain that to her, she'd agree, lol. Love the videos. Your Fjord friend in Wyoming, USA.

I think quite a few who were in her group that came from Holland were also right brain and not everyone is knowing how to give them time to adjust to things. So some are having issues which is a shame. Sounds like Karrina is the perfect horse for you. JJ has to put up with many things with me, some physical some mental lol but she's usually a lot better than I give her credit for. Thank you for taking the time to watch this video.
