    • @marinevet4131
      @marinevet4131 7 лет назад +14

      Henry Williams In my opinion it was trash. Bad writing and even worse acting. I got to see a private screening due to having a friend who's big in radio. We both couldn't believe how bad a movie it was. The people who thought movies like Belly were good movies will love it, but if you one to actually care about acting and storyline you'll see my point. Benny Boom directed it he also directed Next Day Air. Although funny it wasn't the best put together film.Go see it make your own decision.

      @marinevet4131 7 лет назад +19

      king moose i wasn't feeling it personally but that's my opinion. I would suggest that people see it for themselves to give their own opinion. I will say this the guy who played Suge was horrible at acting, they wouldve been better off using the guy from Straight Outta Compton. I honestly think PAC was to complex to portray in just one film. His life was more mini series worthy.

    • @dlkc2000
      @dlkc2000 7 лет назад +2

      You are a Pac hater. It's rated 7 on IMDB...that's all I need to see. What?, did you think it would be better than Straight outta Compton? It was way better than Notorious

    Tupac the Greatest Rapper of All Time!
    When you have niggaz still talking about his prophecies with the current state of the world, his music being played in schools for educational purposes, his music still charting without no promo and niggaz trying to get attention by saying they better than him or they the "New Pac" it just indicates how much of a big legacy he has that is bigger than any rapper dead or alive.
    P.s don't debate me about this man's iconic artistry.

      tupac was a rap artist who focused on raw emotion and life experiences that young black males especially can relate to.
      he didnt focus on punchlines and metaphors,he wasnt trying to be that type of rapper.

    Good morning black brothers and sisters. I wish nothing but prosperity on your daily step through life. Remember this proverb "jackass said the world ain't levelled", meaning that life is such an unfair thing, and sometimes you'll get the bad end of the stick in situations. Regardless of this, as warriors in the struggle, we must stand on firm footing, endure the storm and come out victorious. Our ancestors did it, so we must continue this trend. I love y'all, take care and keep fighting the good fight ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 #blackways

  • @ParisHughes
    @ParisHughes 7 лет назад +19

    You know what though? I'm not in defense of John Singleton, but I do understand what he was trying to achieve in that scene featuring tupac talking to the chopped off head of himself. That's straight out of Shakespeare's "Hamlet" where the main character (I can't recall his name but he was a King) was doing the entire "To be or not to be..." while talking to a skeletal head. Tupac statedbin an interview his love for Shapspeare and how he loved Hamlet because it resembles things that happen in real life. "A Man seeing all of these dead people that he murdered and etc in his sleep and etc." John was somewhat trying to symbolize how Pac was on the brink of having the ego check of himself. The media's attempted assassination of his character and even Pac's fallout from the morals and values he had for himself. Foreshadowing if you will how he would get distracted by the nonsense in Deathrow.

      Cas C most bio's for legendary famous figures should be told via 5/10+ episodes. 2/3 hrs in one setting don't do it justice....unless the persons story was not that eventful. As much as I liked James Brown movie, that needed so much more hours.

The producer, director and actors did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! The accounts they decided to portray in making the movie was done beautifully. I just think the "The Untold Story" is what really causing the uproar because nothing in the movie was "untold".

No. Was it the worse ? Hell no, it told the story right , it kept a lot of principal characters in and it portrayed Pac in a way (most of us knew) but most did not...the black panther, revolutionary, crossed at roads at times, flamboyant , etc Pac. With the best of their abilities.

    i understand where Lt is coming from RIP john, but he was trying to out certain scenes in there that aren't true or proven to be true, and as a pac fan, i think its great they made a movie about pac and i thought the movie was good but it could have been better, but i salute there efforts, pacs life is hard to cover, some people may say this should have been there, this should be there, but if they did all that then the movie will be longer than titanic, there is so much to cover when it comes to pac, but im glad thay got the most part, however i wish the scenes where a lil longer and found an actor who could project the different sides of pac, pac had multiple personalities, and it takes a certain skill to pull that off. But i give them props for trying.
