Pure Cranberry juice or supplements work well for kidneys. Plus I also drunk warm lemon water every morning.
I’ve been doing the warm lemon water and I feel so much better starting my day with that!
How much lemon do you use?
When they get drinks, you can use solo cups.Then they can throw them away. Less dishes to wash

Crunchi has a non toxic pencil eyeliner fyi! I haven’t tried it because I don’t use eyeliner but I love everything else they make!
Art supplies are awesome! Such a great idea to separate little kids set and big kids. Going to implement this idea!

I started using coconut oil as a leave in condition 2 years ago. It works great!

I sweat so much-I’d say I have hyperhydrosis and it’s hard to not use aluminum. I literally pour sweat. Wish there was a natural antiperspirant
not sure how great it works with sweating but have you tried the salt spray? i get it from azure but they have it through amazon as well. i’ve tried all the natural stuff and nothing worked but the salt spray has been a game changer for us.

Thai crystal deodorant is wonderful. There is a detox period you have to go through....which wasn't my favorite experience but it's worth it!

I have art supplies for the kids I Nanny and they are not allowed to use them unless I'm watching them. No candy unless they ask they do not get candy through our the day no candy is good for you most of it is crap. You can sick from eating too much of any type candy I learned this the hard way.
Most of the time their mom has healthier snacks that are homemade no sugar. Sugar free yogurt and syrup. These are very well behaved because they are not loaded with junk. Lollypops have never been my favorite.
