This is easily one of the best trailers and music ever made for a movie. The way the music suits the trailer and synchronises with the action scenes is mind-blowingly well done. This trailer soundtrack is timeless
People seem to forget that back in 2010 it wasnt common to have a big budget epic fantasy movie like this. It truly was a special movie for me I really looked foreward to for several months. Nowadays you get it like every other week.
I liked the film generally, but I was pretty let down by how they very obviously only tacked on the 3D in post production instead of actually filming in 3D. But no one really bothers with 3D any more. Oh well.
It's odd how Perseus mother looks better than Andromeda in the movie and for some reason she's his companion. Perseus submerged expectations, when he was asked to use the medusa head to stone the monster he used it at Polydektes who had forcefully married his mother. Andromeda was saved as he got in love with her while finding her wrapped up for sacrifice and the kingdom fell which is how Perseus took it over and became the father of persia. Perseus had no knowledge about Andromeda or the curse from poseidon, he only ended up to be the hero. He was in nature a leader and motivated to achieve his goals.
The beast creature roar EVER!!! When I saw this trailer in the theater I felt it in my bones. Too bad they changed the sound in the actual movie. It sounded more like a train horn than the guttural awesomeness in the trailer.

This film had so much potential. Should have been a trilogy, with the second film focusing on the conflict between Zeus and King Acrisius, and Third film (after some build up) should have been about the final battle with Medusa and the Kraken.
I was listening to spotify then The Bird and The Worm played then I remembered this movie used The Bird and The Worm for the trailer..loved the part 1:21 when the Scorpion Tail hit the ground along with the pounding of the drum..later i will rewatch the movie after almost 9 yrs

Medusa was a woman cursed by Athena into a monster in victim of a rape inside Athena's temple she cursed the woman to kill men who looked at her. The Titans are cousins to the gods: Zeus, poseidon and Hades who are children to Rhea.
After 12 years since I last watched this movie, now it's on Netflix. I have rewatched the whole movie and rediscovered the song I used to like 'Birds and the Worm'. This movie gives me some nostalgic feelings that I like 😢😢

They dont make trailers like this anymore. Especially the music. Now they just play shitty covers of past hit songs on boring trailers. The art of trailers is gone now.

There are some scenes I see in this trailer that wasn't in the movie like Hades in pool screaming, The British girl sitting on the ground screaming and spreading her arms open while Drago and other surround her, the multiple shots of them walking through the desert and plus not to mention the CG on the monsters and Zeus and others looks alot more realistic compare to how it looks in the film and the color filter is all dark where in the film it's all bright and they make the story like it's humans vs Gods and monsters when it wasn't, The marketing for this film was a lie but the bait n switch remake film we gotten was decent.
It was the reshoots. Apparently the executive decided to change things and made Perseus ended with Io, instead of Andromeda. You can see on the eliminate scenes the changes. Example: it wasn't Zeus who gave the coin to Perseus originally, but Apollo (Luke Evans)
The game is not good but the movie is great.I bough this movie twice and kept it this time.On PG you have not recomended fo childrens or diferent types of characters or fighting methods,styles.. or without execive gore.It s not always with no gore at all or violence,fights,action and suggestive themes.Like in Transformers,the last Hobbit movie and lot mo.
