    Sir, I dont understand one thing. GPA/POA pe property buy sell par toh registry hoti nahi hai. Phir log kaise us pe cash transaction aur capital gains aur tax file karte hain? is par ek video banaiye sir. please

    40 lakh ka capital gain hua hai sarcal rate ke according or ab vrindavan me 30 lakh ka ek house le rhe hai jiska sarcal rate 7 lakh hi hai to kya ham baki paisa makan todkar banba rhe 3 story usme dikha sakte hai, jisse tax n dena pade

    Sachin ji, I am so impressed by your prompt response. I have seen almost all your videos. I asked you two questions, and you immediately replied to them, normally no RUclipsr reply back.
    My one more doubt is that I have withdrawn my final EPF (>10 lakhs) after 10 years of service, which is not taxable, but where to show this amount in ITR 1 ?
    This amount directly came to my bank account, but is not shown in AIS/TIS.

    I have a situation at hand to solve and need your advise.
    Party A - Seller
    Party B - Buyer
    Party C - Myself
    Can I ( Party C) take a property consideration amount as third party if the seller ( Party A) is agreeing to pay but the sale deed is between Party A and Party B.
    Reason I am asking this that the property has been bought on GPA 14 years back and I had paid the entire amount. Now I am selling this to Party B and want this sale deed to be done directly between A and B.

    Hi! Sachin, I purchased a residential property in 2005 @ 25 lakhs 13 thousand 500 and sold @ 1 Crore 8 lakhs and 20 thousand in 2022. How much tax do I have to pay and at what amount. I did some renovation and construction during this time but do not have any receipt. I also paid commission while buying and selling, will that be somehow deducted? I don't have any receipt for that too. How much would be the inflation? I appreciate if you would give me some kind of rough figures. Thanks

    Sir,thanks for your videos nicely explained,i have received a notice of 139(9) saying gross receipts are higher in 26 AS than tds claimed ,when i see tax credit mismatch,it shows fully matched for ay23-24 ,TIS /AIS show double amount of sale consideration as buyer while submitting 1%TDS made two /three entries and duplicate entries reflecting in AIS ,where as 26AS showing only one entry ,still i did not find place to attach documentary proof of notice under 139(9), please guide

    Hi Sachin, we purchased property jointly, with joint bank loan, paid , 1% TDS (both 50% each) on property purchased. This is reflected in both of us 26AS, TIS and AIS, now where to mentioned that in ITR for both of us ?

Please also comment what is the position if after some disputes and court case, the flat is surrendered back to the Builder after more than 10 years and the received amount also includes penalty / compensation for delay, mental harassment, legal charges etc.

      So according to you the amount of compensation, legal expenses will also count in capital gain. Please clarify as the total amount received was even less than the bank interest rates for the corresponding period. However after adding indexing cost, the amount received was little more than it. I think the legal expenses must be excluded but the main question is about penalty for delay and mental harassment. In my case these were awarded approx Rs 6 lakh in addition to possession of flat. However I agreed to the settlement with surrender of flat at current rate + 2.50 lakh since the builder had filed appeal in higher Court and the quality of construction was not good. I have purchased a smaller flat about 15 months before the receipt of settlement amount and the amount is being paid in installments and more than 50% amount yet to be paid. Whether that can be considered for benefit under Section 54?​@@expertcasachin
