If equity is less than 35% than it is debt fund and taxable as per slab rate. No long term or short term. No indication.
If equity is 35% to 65% it is hybrid equity fund. Long term capital gain after 2 years and taxable @12.50% . Rs 125000 exemption not available.
If equity is higher than 65% than it is equity fund. And it will be long term capital gain after 1 year and taxable @12.50% on gain more than Rs 125000 gain
