Depends, the ones with extra growth on there head or helmets on are not one shot. The ones with construction hard hats you obv have to miss the hat. The big fat ones take som more hits. I think the rest are one head shot but they also make the zombies move their head around a lot when they walk/run so I find myself missing the head hit box sometimes (maybe I’m just a bad shot! xD)
