i started crying when i saw ceo kim's gazed on jimin. I feel like all along ceo kim knows how jimin is feeling and this is the perfect timing to redebut her. she looks like a proud unnie 😢💕

That's true, but it seems like she really wanted to model, especially since she was crying. So part of me feels like she should really change her position and ask to be a full time model and direct on the side IF that's what she really wants. Idk if that's possible, but she could challenge again to audition for more modeling positions.

Hyunmoo's joke was disrespectful when someone was deeply emotional and crying. Boss Kim is a true leader! She led her wings spread as long as they were meant to fly. When the team said, ' Go Jimin, ' means they belive in her even though it's her 2nd debut after this 5 years long. It's not easy for soft-hearted persons like Jimin when there are many rejections in the industry especially when there are so many freaking models these days. However, as talented as Jimin will get a place as she deserves. When she appreciated her boss giving this opportunity in the clip made to work in Esteem more haha Go Esteem, Go Jimin! ❤

actually is depend who the boss is... I kinda lucky like Jimin, having manager & boss who able to give me many chances to step many new things and learn it along their guidance. that's why sometimes watching this remind me in the past, when my manager mad at me, reminding me when I wrong... having boss that remind & point to your mistake is already a good boss in my book, because they know you can do it, but you need to struggle on it, next time it happen you know how to tackle it.

I started crying when i saw her boss Ms. Kim cry because I felt thay she truely truely thinks of her as her sister or as her daughter and she made Jimin's dream come true she finally was able to do what she love the most

Once or twice it was funny, but it got redundant and even though the other MC Sook asked him to apologize he insisted it was because of sales which felt like (to me) he was too proud to just say 'sorry'

Not only the mcs get attached you know, the viewers too. I was just smiling and cheering for Jimin PD all throughout the ep.
I started crying when Jimin said she was holding back. Her dream is right in front of her but she has so much responsibilities. CEO Kim is an awesome bossfor giving her a chance. Jimin PD must've gave up on modelling but there she is! I bet they're both grateful to each other. Fighting!

As someone who had to leave my industry because of health problems, that silence toward the end spoke volumes. The opportunity CEO Kim gave Jimin was so much more than another chance to dream. I'm 100% sure she will remember this moment as a defining, pivotal point in her life. To date, I have found nothing that compares to the moment you realize "Ah, I still have the ABILITY to do this" after beating yourself up into believing you just didn't have the competency anymore. That bittersweet happiness defies words. It's numbing. Even if Jimin does not pursue modeling too deeply after this campaign, I hope this event instills confidence in her as a director and gives her the courage to work towards whatever new goals she has set for herself.

It was really getting annoying and childish. I get that his part might be to play the villain but you gotta fit it in where it first. I also feel like sometimes he rides her too harshly, especially the beginning. I got tired of the ‘she loves to eat’ “jokes”. Either I got good at zoning him out or he toned it down. One of the two definitely happened

She choose stability over her dream. that's sadly how life works. I'm sure she loves her directing job but modeling is her passion. I totally understand her feelings as I am doing the same thing. Though I am content with my decision, it wasn't my plan A. She looks beautiful and I'm so happy she got this chance.

When esteem social media posted these pictures and Jimin started posting her modelling pic and her endorsing this nail product, I felt so happy for her. I was so in joy because how great she looked.
But after watching this, there's this heartwrenching moment that made me cry. As someone that already work in Fashion business as an MUA, I never thought a lot about their hardships, and I am disappointed in myself for not recognizing that.
I hope Jimin will continue as a model, part time. And I am glad that she has an amazing boss like CEO Kim.

When ceo Kim told her to try the side glance sunghee suggested it had me DEAD💀. I’m a fan of Jimin and I do feel for her, it does seem like she wants to model but she was just suddenly asked to and given lots of pressure. CEO Kim really and truly loves jimin and is so proud of her it had me crying when she saw the video of jimin having makeup put on her.

It's common humor to tease and make fun of certain things in Korean variety/reality shows like these. You'll get used to it if you watch a lot of these, and for better or worse, you'll find them funny sometimes.

@@anothereden6673 it doesn't mean that it's been practiced long and has become a normal thing, it makes it ok and not worth calling out, the more we should not normalize such things. Entertainment like any industry should evolve even with how humor is
I find that in Korean shows there is usually always brute and in your face kind of humor. If that kind of humor is what people like then why would a show stop using jokes like that, their ratings might go down if they suddenly get rid of those types of jokes. I'm not saying that it's in the best intention when comedians and hosts use this humor, but I just doubt they'll stop. Also correct me if I'm wrong, but I though Boss Kim actually smiled when Hyunmoo made the joke.

I really liked jimin pd ever since her first appearance. She was just so attractive. And when i knew she was actually no.1 in ktm before, Ive always wondered why she quit. It must've been really hard for her :( Just like what the host said, I have grown attached to her so i was really rooting for her as well. CEO kim was very kind to give this opportunity to jimin and even make her the brand model if the deal gets extended. I'm so happy for her 😭 This team is really perfect. Strict yet warm.
I think that Jini is the nicest host in this show. She’s never been rude to anybody on the show for any of the episodes. I just don’t understand how Hyunmoo could say something so rude like that while Boss Kim was literally crying and getting emotional for Jimin PD. His comments on almost every episode are so rude and mean. He should get fired!!!!!!!
She knew Jimin's soft character and how she might not be able to handle rejections in her earlier modeling years. She could've asked Jimin to leave back then but offered her a director job instead. It's a smart move really. She kept the talent in her agency. Jimin now has both modeling and directing knowledge.

He did date a top model from Boss Kim’s company and I somehow feel bad for her. I felt like her loneliness and vulnerability in another show he was hosting (I live alone) was taken advantage of and then he passed it off as her jealousy when they broke up. :(
