Brilliant winter solstice topic, healers & interview! How many kabillions of dollars this one interview would save humankind per year, if everyone from age 4 to 104 could "see" its reality. In my early adulthood i read a terrific book by Joseph someone, "Take Off Your Glasses & See." He called daylight a "nutrient." I thereafter made a practice of going outside 1st thing to do salute to the sun, armswings, Chinese swimming dragon or stretches...later in socks vs shoes, to get grounding. My whole adult life, I've been disturbed by the forced, deadening incarceration of young & old (i took my old folks outside, as their caregiver), & the unneeded, voluntary incarceration of young & middle life adults. (I tell students, "Use lunchbreak outdoors. If you get bathroom breaks why not a sky break?") We now have 3 or 4 generations who literally grew up indoors on a carpet. If they, in this age of mass extinction & dearth of wildlife habitat, get to oversee a piece of earth, as homeowner, grounds manager, church vestry, schoolboard or developer, they recreate an INDOOR flatland world--flat asphalt & lawn carpet, 2 ornamental non-native shrubs, no tree groves or shade, no wildlife habitat, depressing & dead. So kids don't WANT to go outside & the lack of natural canopy makes it too hot & glaring in summer for old folks. So it was great to see nature being restored & protected in the backdrop, here. It said a lot, nonverbally! Lastly, it goes both ways. Our lit/dark environment affects us, but we affect it. Humans light up every inch of the outdoors now, & biologists tell us it's harming every species. Coastal birds & aquatic species, migratory birds & butterflies, mammals, trees & plants, even soil microbes. All photosensitive. Our bizarre "need" for 24/7 light is harming God's long evolved interdependent world that gives us life! It adds tons of carbon to the atmosphere. Some day, every health endeavor, practice & teaching will include the urging of each person to restore & guard the health of soil, water, trees, songbirds, all wildlife, our hardworking insects & climate. We're all one, not a separate health compound. To be well means "whole." Thank you three for conveying & living this effort at wholeness. It IS by now urgent-care, plus needed timeless wisdom.
Yes!!! This makes total sense. It's 15° mornings this time of year. Brrrr!!! I plan to implement more sunshine in my day. I'm retired and stay inside way to much.
Absolutely true. East Coast is still in the dark ages on anything natural. I grew up in Massachusetts then moved to Oregon. What a difference! I think it’s partly bc of the arms length culture in New England. But only one generation ago they employed many of these particles as routine home remedies.
Thanks for spreading the word!! I wish that Drs and schools would start emphasizing this to families too so we can all experience optimal health.

Wonderful news about true Health-care vs the Disease Management System that we currently have.
