24 billion could have bought and paid off houses for about nearly 48,000 people and they woulda been living in luxury. But hey math.. who needs it right ?? 🤣🤣🤣

To solve this problem, require a monthly audit on all grants issued and backed. Grants are on a trust basis only. These non profit organizations needs to be shut down. Every single one of them. They operate like shell company for the county to embezzle these funds. They also perform trojan horse schemes hiring other for profit businesses and receiving kick backs. For example the low income legal services funds are being divided by 50 non profit organizations and spread so thin that literally provides inadequate representations with limited resources. If they would just create one entity or non profit that handles the state of California they will be able to provide adequate information and services without stealing the money. Everytime they make another operation under the funds, administration costs, city costs, building costs, operating costs, electricity, etc. Think about it, they are using these grants to make job security rather than use them accordingly to support their purpose and intent. California cities are to blame for this problem. They allowed board of supervisors to sign off these grants and embezzle them for their own gains. Shut every single grant the state of california has including infrastructure grants, blocks, special block grants, business and economics grants, and let them fight for it and prove to the people that there isnt anyway they will misuse it by implementing a mechanism
