      No twelve people just destroyed the Republic in a partisan way, but they are not to blame it’s the judge that instructed them on what to do just find him guilty on anything and you don’t have to agree on all of the charges unanimously that is kangaroo court but the worst part about all this is going forward they are going to be suing their opponent every time they are ahead in the polls and they don’t like the candidate and the outcome, that’s what the Democrats accomplished because they still couldn’t find anything of significance to charge Donald Trump they just made up 34 felony’s out of misdemeanours he didn’t do nothing wrong Democrats and Republicans do this all the time and nobody was charged in history for all this stupidity until Donald Trump came along, but thank God people are not stupid and blind anymore they see right through it and that’s why his popularity has skyrocketed to another level that’s never been seen before and basically the Democrats have shot themselves on the foot this time they bit more than they can chew and Donald Trump will be elected by a landslide that’s never been seen before, next time just be careful what you wish for 😂

    I also wonder if our system of ‘equal justice for all’ will be a check & balance and Judge Merchan will sentence him the same as any other citizen who has now been convicted of 34 counts? Or will the judge yet again, treat him as a person above the law? Ten times he broke Merchan’s gag orders and never went to jail for thirty days as anyone else would have. I can only pray that trump will be treated equally before the law. 🙏🤔 I can only imagine how difficult it will be for a judge to sentence a former guy to jail time but if he is indeed a fair judge, he should. 🙏

    Question is what would a regular person be sentenced for this crime that trump has been convicted of? And if they were sentenced to a prison term for it then that’s what trump should get for his crimes and receive a prison term as well. This is the only fair way to make a decision on what he should be sentenced for his crimes.

      No, because the statute of limitations had expired!
      No, because Trump did not make any payments himself.
      No, because Trump never told Cohen to pay off Daniels. In fact, Cohen paid with his own money.
      No, because Trump had left the company that eventually paid the legal fees.
      Isn't it ironic that people like to claim that Trump does not pay his bills and when his company does pay its bills it lands Trump with the possibility of over a century in jail?

    He would also NOT be able to travel abroad. Many, if not the overwhelming number of countries, prohibit convicted criminals from entry. Visa applications either made online or on paper, usually ask whether one has been convicted of a felony and/or been imprisoned/jailed in the past.
    And Neal is absolutely correct. All 34 charges resulted in a conviction. It's one thing to have 1 or 2 convictions, but not 34. Then there is his repulsive behavior before and after the jury trial (including veiled threats), and the lack of remorse for his criminal acts. But there is also one last critical element, which is character. A Forensically trained Psychologist or Psychiatrist would have to concur that he poses a continuing threat to the rule of law, and should therefore be incarcerated in a jail or prison. This would be the best, and likely only guarantee to keep the now convicted felon from committing more crimes.

    • @andreah6379
      @andreah6379 27 дней назад

      Bingo. Very few ppl even mentioned this--Dump's anti-social behavior every day in court was him saying to the judge, the jury and the case itself, "I give you my middle-finger."
      Then to not have any family everyday, especially his own wife, or daughter and son-in-law was a real bad look! Lastly, expect that Dump will lose all criminal cases going forward.
      Dump is a narcissist and as such, he doesn't know how to STFU and stop telling his own legal experts what to say and how to say it. RU kidding! None of his lawyers are standing up for themselves--knowing they'll be fired.
      Dump is a loser. 1st case of many he will sink himself.
