Stacking for Week 17 matchups should be PART of your draft strategy, but it should not be the only factor obviously! It is designed to enhance your odds if you get to the final, but if you don't advance it was all for nothing! Also, I see guys draft lots of floor players. You need a good balance of floor plays and upside guys! No risk rarely yields massive reward in best ball!
Ive done 3 drafts thus far. I do alot of stacks. Last year kirk cousins, jefferson stack was killer along with lawrence, kirk, Nd engram. I won decent money. Made it to week 16 before losing out by 2 points. The tough thing about doing playoff stacks is you have to draft with a paper next to you with all the game schedules next to you plus have to keep in mind bye weeks especially if its 2 QBs and you only drafting 2 QBs. Its alot to do.
This is completely new to me,i have played drafters best ball but underdog I played for the first time. You are talking about stacks in week 17, what does that exavtly mean? do we need to redraft for best ball in the later round?
They’re talking about game stacks for week 17 matchups. So like chiefs and bengals play eachother week 17 so a game stack would be mahomes/Kelce and higgins
I think you just have to give yourself a chance to win the tournament if you make the final. I think it might make sense for building stacks that have soft games in week 14-16, or waiting until the late summer to draft all your teams so you have maximum cut/injury news. It’s a way to zig when the field is zagging
It mainly has to do with the payout structure and how quickly they drop off after 1st and 2nd. Don’t reach way past adp obviously but you want to have week 17 game stacks for the same reason you game stack in dfs
Between these nerds with their spreadsheets and more Asians from Ivy getting involved is the reason I don't do best ball or DFS. We are the fish people, wake up.
That's not true. Alot of these guys have set ways. If you can watch multiple people and multiple stuff then you can actually be better then them. Imagine I combine 5 of the smartest guys strategies into my own strategy and that's a way I can come out better then them. Also understanding how people won and what's the optimal team to have and also trying to be the 1st person to change the optimal strategies. Being right on late round guys. Remembering last year was good having top QBs but that's just 1 years worth and now understand the QBs will be overdrafts because of that so you have to fight the narrative. This year everyone is fighting to have elite WRs in the early rounds so i did 1 draft where I went with RBs early. Last year I finished pretty well in this tournament. Made a couple hundred which is good and I only did 1 team. Made it to week 16 out of 17 weeks and lost by 1 point. I've got a lot of faith in my player takes and what I believe will win this year amd how to fight the curve from last years numbers.

Already watched this when it came out. It randomly pops up a month later. Still loving the levitan rant at the beginning 😂

How about stacking high scoring teams. If it's an attractive week 17 pick than go with that
Week 17 stuff still isn't optimal in my opinion. With trades, injuries, and having to get to week 17 being some of the reasons

Right. I'll worry about week 17 if I make it to week 16 lol
the BBM4 is a 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 FLEX???
1 flex
Isn’t this all common sense? 🤔 huh, maybe i should do this more….
Always remember Allen Robinson was going early so was Michael Thomas delvin cooK and Arron Jones also early
