I do question the signature on the birth certificate. If it was typed in, then that means he didn't sign it himself. But if it was hand-printed by him, that counts as a signature. There are many states that allow the mother of a child to assign a father without them being present, so it is possible this might have happened. The "notary" is actually only a witness, who can be a nurse or case worker from the hospital, so there's no guarantee of the witness' signature meaning they had seen the father sign the certificate. And seriously, this isn't a man. This is a little boy cowering behind his mother's skirt and letting her fight all his battles for him. His statements sound like a 5-year-old tattling to his mommy about things they made up to keep out of trouble for what they've done wrong.

I personally work on the birth certificates in the hospital. He has to be there to sign. The notary in the hospital checks the ID to the person and the signature. If he's not there or information does not add up- he is not listed on the BC from the hospital that is sent into the state- at least in my state, so his signature can not be forged. If she is single, she just can't add him.

3rd case with the guy having the check. It's dated March 22nd as his payday. The check is for the week he did previously like from the 10th-15th. He tried to use that as evidence, but it actually proved he was available that whole week like she mentioned. The babysitter/new girlfriend didn't catch on to that. The check is for the work he did from the week previously. He manipulated & lied to her.

I was a side parent (not a step-parent) for one kid whose mother was, to put it politely, not what you'd call a good role model. That kid grew up to become responsible, hard-working, respectful, considerate, and kind. They told me they learned what to do from me, and what not to do from their mother. As I can't have kids of my own, what they said meant more to me than anything else. That's why I get so bent out of shape at these deadbeat losers who abandon their biological children. Once you help create a life, they're your responsibility, period. No backing out. You do your best, and get help when it's needed, but you keep working. That's how my grandfather raised me.

I personally work on the birth certificates in the hospital. He has to be there to sign. The notary in the hospital checks the ID to the person and the signature. If he's not there or information does not add up- he is not listed on the BC from the hospital that is sent into the state- at least in my state, so his signature can not be forged. If she is single, she just can't add him.

3rd case with the guy having the check. It's dated March 22nd as his payday. The check is for the week he did previously like from the 10th-15th. He tried to use that as evidence, but it actually proved he was available that whole week like she mentioned. The babysitter/new girlfriend didn't catch on to that. The check is for the work he did from the week previously. He manipulated & lied to her.
First case - I feel sorry for the baby having immature parents and a hateful and controlling grandmother. Second case - court sends paperwork to your parents home and you never find out about it??!!! I was a side parent (not a step-parent) for one kid whose mother was, to put it politely, not what you'd call a good role model. That kid grew up to become responsible, hard-working, respectful, considerate, and kind. They told me they learned what to do from me, and what not to do from their mother. As I can't have kids of my own, what they said meant more to me than anything else. That's why I get so bent out of shape at these deadbeat losers who abandon their biological children. Once you help create a life, they're your responsibility, period. No backing out. You do your best, and get help when it's needed, but you keep working. That's how my grandfather raised me.
So tired of these petty folks who treat their children like burdens and annoyances..some unwanted byproduct of their selfishness.
