Literal child. I did the calculation. She said they were messing with each other for 6 years on and off. She was 19 the time the show was recorded so that means she was 13 when she started messing with him. God knows how old he was. 2nd case had me in tears. To let that man and girl believe that they were family for her entire 22 years of life is heartbreaking, her kids call him grandpa! how selfish of the mother for not speaking up at the time she was pregnant, this type of damage cannot be undone, the trust is gone.

Because of that, I really hope his family works extra hard to show her she's valuable and welcome in their grandchild. I've had to do this twice, as the mom to the kids. Inviting her in for important functions and spending time with his child would make a huge difference in both of their lives. She'll get a check from the govt. They don't have to pay for everything. Just give them some grace and love.

I’m tripping out about the first case. She stated they have been off and on for 6 years. She is 19 years old. According to his obituary he died at 33 years old. So that means she was 12-13 years old when they first start dating and he was 26-27 years old. That’s sick. And if this info is correct you have to watch what you do in this world because look at his outcome.

At first, I was not so fond of her, but after the results were read and the judge overheard what the mother said, it was then I had a change of heart. I can now see where this young lady learned this type of lingo from. Mom was very ignorant for telling her daughter she doesn't need the support of the aunt after the young lady specified thru out the case how she needed help taking care of the child.

The manner in which his sister kept saying he was a laddies man and she was not high up on his list of women, and the audience clapped really disappointed me. She should have been ashamed that her brother was with an underage child. But the judge allowing the sister to interrupt, be disrespectful and say way more than she should but ok.

These all just point to the fact that paternity tests should be mandatory at birth for all children. To tell a man just because he signed a paper not knowing that he's responsible for anything is BOGUS. They need to change the laws.
You cannot get a positive pregnancy test 1-2 days later it take 2 weeks later to get a positive. I'm 11 weeks and I got a positive 2 days before my missed period but you can't get a test the next day positive if she did that is from 2 weeks prior to that day she needs education on pregnancy tests definitely

I didn't like the way Judge Lake treated that girl in the first case; yes, calling people baby, love are informal terms that are not good for use in a courtroom, but it's not like the girl was trying to be disrespectful. The way she berated that poor girl, was not good, especially bc Judge Lake also uses some informal terms like honey or baby anytime she tries to comfort people. I understand that she wants people to respect her courtroom, but berating that girl for expressing herself the way she always does in her life was not a good thing.
