Things are evolving at faster pace IOTA,Hashgraph are competing with BlockChain. IOTA offers DAG method and is hence having high Transaction per second as compared to BlockChain. Whereas Hashgraph offers some better and viable consensus method which is Voting instead of PoS and PoW. In the long run i am unable to decide which should i bank upon or Reskill to.Please provide some input.

If you are looking to move into the Blockchain domain then you need to keep picking up the new skills and be aware of the new developments. At present, most of the development happens in either Ethereum or Hyperledger, but this also may change based on the newer developments in the Blockchain domain.
