- This week we're building something made in Britain, an Orange Stage EVO 29er for a lucky customer. Built by Joe in our workshop in Worksop in the UK.
Things are a bit crazy in the UK right now with this virus but we're still helping people get their daily exercise and supplying them with their bikes. We've detailed this stunning Orange mountain bike with a trim of orange coloured Hope, Bergtec, Raceface and WTB products. Do you like it? What colour trim would you choose?

Such an awesome video - though I think your next one should be an 'Average Joe' build where you let a halfwit (like me) try and build a bike...no doubt there would be lots of swearing, plenty of putting things on - then taking them off - then putting them back on the right way round - then using a mallet moments....and just imagine the tubeless set up :-) :-)

My goodness gracious what a thing of beauty!!!! And they are amazing. Do not get fooled by the simplicity of the single pivot. It can get tuned for an equal or better performance as any other more complicated system. My dear beloved worshipped Segment (with beefed up fork of course) is getting old but prices have gone wild...

Sometimes the customer budget and stock levels affect things right now
Damn all that hope product and they skipped out of the factory or performance elite fork and shock, It does look sick but I would for sure get better suspension before upgrading my stem or crank

Slx derailleur with XX1 cassette? Interesting🤔
Top drawer bike with slx anything is weird. Like a McLaren on 16” steelies.
We like to mix things up a bit to show what is possible, hope you enjoy watching, cheers Joe.
It is a bit different isn't it? We get asked all sorts of questions in the bike shop about what can be used in conjunction with other parts so we like to put things into our videos to get people thinking. Sometimes it's by chance, at the moment some parts are hard to get hold of so we use other bits it is good to get comments about it, and I love the interaction. We used a hope wheelset on this build and we didn't have time to swap out the freehub body so I thought we would just put a Sram cassette on, we thought it looked quite good and it worked well. They aren't heavy. Quite skinny in real life

@@hollenjoe honestly I've got one downstairs. I haven't weighed it, but it's not that much more than my hardtail. At the end of the day it's made of aluminium not steel.. so just imagine it's another aluminium bike but without the welds. Nukeproof make their bikes out of generic pipes.
Ment no disrespect, i have a nookproof scout. I also built a chromemoly full suspension, and wanted to compare..

HOPE brakes are the worst brakes I have ever used.
Shimano XTR and MAGURA MT7 Pro are much much much better.
