Thanks for opening our eyes, I have been trying to understand concepts behind this tool for a very long time, I see people using it from powergrades that I have downloaded but cant understand it
Very interesting - I am a beginner and it opens a new world. Do you have a course with drills - just to train this skill. Eg. to archieve a view for the colors in the image and on the scopes and then how to fix it with the RGB Mixer ... We hoften film with the Iphone and need to to slightly adjustments. THXAL!
I'm not teaching any classes at the moment, but if you want to be notified when I do, click the Free Resource Page Link in the description and put your name/email in. The you'll know if/when enrollment opens
Man thank you for tossing a little extra coherence to the RGB mixer!! This was super useful to help me understand how to use and if to use it. cleaner broad changes is a plus and the use case you showed is great. beta 19 feature bonus. Thanks again and please make more of these really useful resolve grading videos. love em!!
I was wondering if a creative LUT such as a film emulation would do more or less the same, pushing certain hues and saturation levels to a more cohesive look. Or would there be cases in which you would use this rgb-mixer method in conjunction with a creative LUT?
That's possibly the best practical run through I've seen about the RGB mixer.
Subbed.
Thanks!
