Great video! I've been eating raw for 2 years and what still doesn't make sense to me is why egg clear is damaging. I get gas from it but when you look at it from a natural standpoint, you would be eating the whole egg right? You definitely wouldn't be throwing away the egg clear. I know it has antinutrients but still
I wonder if it's maybe the number of eggs that plays a role. My guess is that in the wild you would only find a few eggs per day, not 10 or 20. For me an egg white now and then causes no problem, 5 or 10 a day, certainly, yes (also if pasture raised). Same for egg yolks, but tolerance level is much higher for me.
