I wish they would make one with a stainless steel body instead of just the top.
They have one like that. They can't do the induction motor through stainless steel on this one.
I have this model. Well the one without the app capability. I haven't had any issues with it. Once it's fully charged, the white light in front is solid, just unplug it and the sensor takes over. It will shut off and only turn on when an animal or you approach it. I got the knock off filters on Amazon, they're cheaper and filter the same.
I have 2 of these and 1 of the capsule one and tomorrow arrives my glacier version

Mine just completely died after a year. Warranty is only for 12 months. Make sure to keep the order receipt or it won’t be covered under the warranty. I liked it when it worked except that the sensor wasn’t fast enough to start the water flowing. My cat would paw at the top thinking it would make the water come out and get dirt and litter in it. So I can to keep it plugged in if I didn’t want to have to clean it daily so it defeated the reason for buying a “wireless” fountain. I wouldn’t buy again now bc it’s too expensive if it’s going to die after a year.
If anyone has suggestions for a good water fountain for cats, I’m open to suggestions bc I obviously have to buy a new fountain…
UPDATE: PetLibro replaced the base for me after I forwarded them the email order confirmation (I keep these like receipts in an email folder). I did have to also send a video showing what the issue was. Warranty is for 1 year.
Does the voltage work fine in other countries? (I'm in New Zealand) Does the box have a class 9 label warning label (regarding the battery) on it? TY :)
I’m debating between this wireless model with the auto sensor (black colour base) or this one with the app integration to monitor kitty’s drinking habits and intake (wooden colour base). There benefits of both.
If they combined the wireless feature with monitoring app capability that would be best of both worlds and meet all needs. Maybe I can wait to see if they’ll have an upgraded version soon.
My cat will drink from a water bowl - so it’s not urgently needed until my next vacation.

How stable is this water fountain? Could be knock off the base?
Did you try sensor activated flow? Someone mentioned that if it detects cat around, it just open flow just for 20 seconds and closes it while the cat still tries to drink
I had this problem too. My cat was drinking and the flow was off and then it turned on when my cat was leaving.
Does anyone else have issues with the loud ‘hissing’ sound from the filter/base? Seems like it’s from the battery connection..

Thank you. With the USB to USBc do you think that means it works in any country? With a phone charger adaptor, i'm in New Zealand and their customer service is not very knowledgeable. I use an AU plug
You can use it anywhere in the world. As long as you have a good USB A charger, you'll just be fine. I'm in the UK and one of my friend has the same unit in France and no issues to charge.
