Ive had mine for about 4 weeks now. I love it! My cats have been drinking so much more water and they seem to be much happier and healthier. And of course less work for me cleaning and refilling multiple times a day like I was doing when I had a regular water bowl. GREAT purchase!
@sn8323 The fountain has a filter system that cleans out all of that stuff. Replacing the water everyday from a 108 ounce water fountain is unnecessary
@toxicredeye2697 I've had it for over a year now and I've had no issues with it. Just gotta remember to change out the filters when it's time to do it and to clean the water reservoir part and the pump every now and then and you'll be good to go! Great purchase!
Something to be aware of with the charcoal filters, they should be pre-rinsed or soaked before being put in, otherwise the charcoal sediment can get into the water (which is harmful). The instructions do give that guidance but sometimes people don't like to read instructions.
Just got one of these today and am sending it back already. The fountain part didn’t fit into the opening. The bottom of it was round and the opening on the lid is oval. Couldn’t get it to go through. Amazon’s already sending me another one. Hoping the new one will have the right part this time. 🤞🏼 Otherwise, it looked like a very nice fountain.
@@trf.product.reviews got the new one today. The first thing I checked was the fountain part. Well, looks like I got the right one this time. Now let’s hope everything else is okay. 🤞🏼 Haven’t had time to put it together yet. But so far so good. 😏
How do you keep dust and similar household debris from falling into it and making the water dirty - as well as from dirt that the pets get into it from their paws when they dip their paws into the water...?
you have to syringe the water into her mouth.. until she gets used to drinking water, you have to force it. no need to syringe alot, just alittle. Or you can feed milk. This is a must. Take to a vet so the tech can show you how to do this. It is essential.
@@trf.product.reviews I'm one of those dolts that didn't read the instructions thoroughly and didn't clean the physical filter for 6 months. The thing stopped working. I pulled it apart a month after it stopped working after watching this video and saw how filthy it was. I just hope it didn't negatively affect my kitties health after 6 months of not cleaning it this way. I did change the filters twice a month and soaked the filters in water for a bout 1 min or two before changing them. I did not know we were supposed to clean the filter this way. 😮💨. Anyway I change my cats' water everyday now and just put it in regular food bowls. I don't mind doing this as long as they have fresh water daily but they just don't have running water to drink from which is what I heard cats like.

How do you keep dust and debris out of it? You should be replacing the water just as often as you would in a regular water bowl.

Does it has any problem

100% correct.
how long do you soak them for?
5 minutes
It just arrived today. I can't believe how quiet it is
I love your review and your cat.
Is rellaty a good brand?
Thank you! :) Yes, we love this brand. We have other cat water fountains, and this one is definitely one of the best.

Strange....hopefully the new unit isn't like that!

It doesn't prevent it but has a filter to stop it from reaching the tank and will clear the water as the clean water passes through
Does it auto shut off if the water gets low?
No, it does not.
my cat won't go near mine. its been 3 days and she's not drinking the water. she might die... she's only 4 .. :(

I bought two already. They stop working after 6 months.
What??? Did you clean the motor

@@trf.product.reviews looks good. I like the dual spouts. Considering it.

Be aware of the mold. Our fountain has to be cleaned twice a week. Pain in the butt.
We clean once a week, probably best to do that with most of them.
If you're not willing to clean it,I'd hate to see your cats litter box.
@@Adeline9418 you really struggle with reading, don’t you.
I wasnt cleaning it at all so I'm going to start doing this
