I was a lifelong Republican. I voted for Biden and can’t possibly support the current GOP.
I'm with you. These aren't the values I stand for. I believe in law and order and I believe in building a country with all of us given a chance to fight for the life we want. These people are not preaching what I believe. I don't agree with how a lot democrats go about issues. But voting for the current republican party is straight up not right. What happened to us being the party of decorum and civility. I swear watching debates looks exactly like teenage girls fighting over latest trend. This isn't right.
As a Canadian, I couldn't imagine this happening. This is ridiculous and the american people do not deserve to suffer the chaotic behavior of a 74 year old man child. I might not have a say in american politics, but dear neighbors, I hope it gets better and not worse.

It's good that our elections are based on popular vote rather than something as stupid as the electoral college and that we have more than just two political parties.

They are afraid of the Trump base and are probably thinking forward to the 2022 mid-terms and want to keep those seats as it looks like they will regain their majority in the Senate this time and are hoping to flip Congress and they will do it by blocking Joe's agenda and then blame Joe for not getting anything done. If that sounds familiar it's because Republicans in the Senate did the same thing with Obama.
We could be facing a global economic meltdown soon and Joe will have to inherit that as Obama did and if Democrats are blocked because the Senate won't pass anything that anger will arise once again and there will be a Trump 2.0 waiting in the wings to run as the GOP candidate for 2024 and he or she could be worse than Trump.

If Biden ignores the working class, young people and does not fix what went wrong with him losing support among blacks and Hispanics and Latinos then the danger is a Trump 2.0 could win the

I lost my dad 3 years ago and Stephen your show has kept me close to him in memories of us both sitting watching late in the living room enjoying ourselves with such a great show.
