Thanks for this. I want to do the same, namely keep my home office especially my monitors running during 4 hr loadshedding. Could you share more details about the device you have, where you purchased it etc. Thanks
Hello there I have a similar setup, but mine is two separate units. Firstly I have an pure sine wave inverter/gel battery combination (1000w) Secondly, I feed the power from there to a 2000VA line interactive UPS. This set me back about R12k. I run the following from it: Laptop Small desktop (400W) 3 x 27" monitors All devices stay on during load shedding and power dips. It lasts without issues during Stage 6 load shedding. (4 hours). I have not tested beyond that, but I estimate about 8 hours.
Thank you for the amazing content yet again🙏🏼 Please tell will the exact ups be okay for an editing computer rig that I have? It runs of a 1000w power supply and I used 2 24” monitors
