I am enjoying the remodel very much! It is going to be a fantastic she shed! I would love one fixed up to do my quilting in. Heat is for sure a very important part of the remodel!!! Loving it DJ!
You can keep the garage videos coming I enjoy them it’s exciting to watch it come all together and gonna be excited when you finally start making the shirts.
I have to tell you I have been watching Utube in the last eight months and you have to know I just keep going back to your family and a lot of people through your family. I respect what you and your family do and I love that you have chosen to use This platform to reach others and I sure do enjoy the kids and miss them some too. Thank you 🙏❤️🙏💕🙏🙏🎃🎃
The she shed is coming together nicely. Baby Brook is adorable and DJ you are one lucky lady to have a man that can fix everthing. Stay Blessed y'all.☺
I love seeing ALL of your projects!!!!!!!! Even IF it may not be something I would specifically do, something within the project always helps in one of my projects, and it keeps things different instead of statically the same over and over, so PLEASE keep any different project coming through to us!!!!!!! AND most importantly there is always inspiration in your videos just if nothing else in how you bring forth values, even if it is just in the aura/energy of your demeanor showing us those values!!
Nothing wrong with a good cry every now and then. I thought Brooks was gonna cry when you mentioned Dutch. I love the way y’all mess with each other and cut up.
Your cry corner had me in tears with you. My cousin is currently in hospice care so it hit hard. And I cried again when you talked about it in this video. I found your channel and keep coming back right before you got the donkey poodles. You keep doing what you're doing and we'll keep watching, liking, subscribing and ringing the notification bell and as always see ya in the next video.
I love seeing spiderwebs on a frosty morning with clouds and the sun behind them. I took some beautiful photographs of spiderwebs a few years ago with my cellphone. I can't believe the the gas company didn't have a mandatory rule that they have to install the heater, and the heater has to be so many feet away from a window and door. The she shed looks great. Hope you and Houston had a great Harvest, or did you pull our legs.
Awesome baby. And I would have LOVED it if my dad was more like you. But, I still have an absolutely fantastic dad. He just had a different focus. He was a petroleum engineer and spent most of his work days on another continent. Still, he retired post haste when mom came down with cancer (multiple myeloma) and was an excellent caretaker. And now, I'm his care taker, even while starting my own self sustaining farm.. All in the family. We take care of each other.
Daniel, mini split, heating and cooling, Where you are, almost 100% of the time the heat pump will keep it warm from outside air, (they work well in Minnesota except on the very coldest days) you can keep it above freezing 24/7 and use the propane for only the very coldest days. The biggest advantage will be getting rid of the through the wall AC unit and you can run lines to any place in the garage for the heat/cooling exchangers.
Well I enjoy every video that you put up. 👍👍. And the she shed is looking really good. I think the black kitchen area looks good too. Can’t wait to see the finished product on that. Keep up the good work. I look forward for your new videos every day. ❤️❤️
Daniel...when you say you are going to do something ......you do it. That is why I enjoy your videos. You get stuff done and you bring us along on the journey. Tell DJ to enjoy her she shed (work area). It is great that you both have areas where you can work and play.
My mom uses a heater similar to heat her most of her house with. I would suggest if you do want hot water to buy a small tankless water heater they are a couple hundred dollars not too expensive. We replaced my mom's gas water heater a couple years ago and now she has endless hot water.
Gee the She Shed is turning out real nice. Wow this is awesome being able to see Brook as she is so precious. Y'all will make a great Aunt and Uncle to have. Deejay sure has many talents. Enjoyed.
That is a beautiful picture with the goats and the spiderweb and the sun park behind it I’m gonna take a picture of that. I absolutely love your farm. Yeah I keep checking in to see about the baby alpaca and I catch up on your videos.❤️❤️❤️ just got finished watching the video oh my God is that your Niece she got so big she’s so adorable.. The dog is babysitting LOL the best babysitter in the world are dogs.❤️ I can’t wait to see some videos of you guys making your own shirts and stuff that is so awesome.
I have that same brand of heater in my garage. I have the Blue Flame WITH the Blower. It seems to heat my garage in about 15 minutes. My garage is 24 X 32 with 11 foot ceiling fully insulated.
I do not speak English but I watch you because I want to learn English and I am Muslim from Algeria and I love your son and your daughter and all your family
I learned something new today, infrared heats quicker than a blue flame heater... Something to consider... I'm still without power since the recent ice storm....
You need GFI outlet by that sink. You can get an instant hot water set up just for the sink. If the garage dont get water in it anymore maybe carpet it so the floor isn't cold that would help. Instead of the she shed call it the A's Garment shop
That was beautiful the sun shining down threw the trees on the animals and yes you need to take a broom and get those spider webs lol if it was just you and your wife you would still be out ranked lol Happy holloween and God bless💜
2 things #1 The flared fitting seals on the tapered area , not the threads So a teflon thread sealing paste is used on the tapered area #2 Also you may find a moisture problem with the unvented heater heater As it dumps all the moisture from burning the propane into the building So I always put in a vented heater that hangs on the wall
Buy a heat tape line for under sink. You can plug it in to stop lines from freezing. I have unheated area and just wrap heat tape around the line when the temp is low the heat tape comes on and raises temp at the line stop from freezing. Frozen broken pipe will make for bad day. These are same type people put on roofs for ice control. You should be able to get short one and protect the lines. Or put a conventional light bulb under the sink for those cold nights. Just some advice from the northern climate neighbor. The heat tape is a sensing thing so I like that since it is plug it in about late fall unplug in the spring. No monitoring no water shutoff need to turn back on in spring. Oh you can wrap the trap in the drainline for same reason. Sure the sink will be used for projects all year now
Careful with using Teflon tape on fittings used for propane. They make a specific tape for that and Teflon will allow propane to leak through over time.
You didn’t mess up. Shopping “in the now” at big box corporations is a hard habit to break and sometimes still necessary. BUT since starting our homestead/channel, we’ve been making a conscious effort to try and buy local and support small business.
Very nice garage/she shed! I love the black colored cabinets. Many people are painting either their walls or cabinets, etc. the color black so I think it's the very 'in style color to use!' Makes the sink & counter tops look very 'classy' considering it is a garage. I guess that is the 'she shed' side! I like D.J's yellow silk/dry flowers in the large glass vase...VERY NICE! D.J HAS CLASS & a GREAT SENSE OF STYLE. YOU BOTH ARE A VERY GOOD LOOKING COUPLE & I'VE SAID IT BEFORE, YOU ARE SUCH GREAT PARENTS & GOOD LOVING CHRISTIANS WITH LOVING HEARTS 💕 Your broken window reminds me of when our children were the age of yours & you may find out "WHO" THE CULPRIT(s) WERE THAT BROKE THE WINDOW IN ANOTHER 10-20 YEARS, IF YOUR LUCKY, OR, LIKE OUR 4 SONS, YOU MAY NEVER KNOW, lol, Children.. Gotta 💘 love um! Have a blessed NOVEMBER DANIEL, D.J & FAMILY! I REALLY LOVE YOUR HOMESTEAD CHANNEL! YOU HAVE SUCH INTERESTING CONTENT! THANK YOU! OH, & Daniel, it is ok (as you know) for a good loving tough man to cry tears of joy or sadness. It just shows me what a sensitive good man & husband, father, & human being you are! I saw that video when you spoke of your Uncle & Father & although I'm a woman, I get really sentimental when speaking of all my family members who are up in heaven. They were such good loving people & you just can't help but to shed a tear or several when those heart felt memories & feeling all come flooding in! It's that time of the year when you can't help but to think of past & present loved ❤ ones (the Holidays are coming soon!) Much love & prayers to you & Arms Family Farm! Sincerely, Carrie from, CA
Love the spiderwebs. My Mom insisted that I had a talent for poetry and she started saving the rhymes that I would have thrown away. The first one she saved read like this. Memories The moments, Now so precious Leap o',re their bond's And laughing are swept Unresisting past. I miss her!
And Oooh, shop heater! Awesome. Just never put anything in front of it. I raise chickens and the biggest cause of barn fires is heat lamps or other heaters. Always because something in front of the heater caught fire. Be Safe!!
My NM uncle would say you can always tell an Oklahoma girl because we back up to the heater every chance we get. He just did not understand how humid cold chills us to the core. Enjoy the warmth!
Don't ever feel bad for shedding tears. It shows that you have true emotions and love for your family.

Good job bud, knocking off projects from the list is a great feeling. The blue flame we have has a blower on it, warms up a room pretty quick.

We had a propane tank...ours was on a small concrete slab.
Daniel on the heater never never ever put tethlon on a beveled fitting they seal on the beveled part through compression the tethlon can cause a leak.
James Beauchamp the tape is Teflon.
@@monteengel461 yep had a brain fart on the spelling, but the point is the same teflon on flare fittings can cause leaks.
