Very good demo best I’ve seen. Still cannot insert effect between amp &IR for the fender amp thing this is pretty critical. I have the mg-30 now. The form factor seems much improved but I don’t see that any of the stupid patch switching options are fixed or that it sounds any better than the mg-30. Also no dual amp. I’ve finally resorted to using an amp sim pedal in the S/R and bring back in via the aux in to get it the right place in the chain. Maybe I’m picky but those I work for are as well and these are tools that put food on the table so they need to be right,
amp sim and drives sound awesome... all the fx part just sound acceptable, but for the price I think it is an excellent unit. Sound much better than HX stomp or anything at that price.

It sounded over-processed in it's driven tones and very compressed, it's nice for demo recording, I don't think it's got stereo effects as any controllable output, nice though but unable to create any trouser shaking at any believable level, it's a bit expensive compared to a couple of similar units that aren't fizzy and can rattle underpants at a proper level.
Hi, I just recieved a Nu-X Trident. Its EXCELLENT!!! But is there a way to delete the factory presets? All of them are not usable for me..and I would love to have more space for my sounds. Also..one wrong press of a button and they are screaming out of my amp !!!!! I don't want to have that happen at one of my shows. How do I delete the factory presets?
I can't believe this device ain't got a ping pong delay! Any official information about a firmware update with that upgrade? This is an issue for me to go for another device 😢
I feel the same way, too. I believe they know about this. Maybe they will add in some stereo delay options in the future firmware. Besides that, everything about this unit is awesome!
@@jimmyrocks43 I can live without shimmer effects (although they would be appreciated), freeze effects or synthesizers, but a ping pong delay is something basic nowadays for me, both live and in the studio.

The TSAC-4K(TRIDENT) sound is different from TSAC-2K(MG-30), if you cannot tell the difference then you can keep MG-30 for sure.

The amp section does sound better than the MG30. But for other effects, I still prefer the MG30.

No soy Jimmy L, pero te puedo contestar que NO es necesario eliminar los presets, solo modificas cada parámetro y lo guardas.

Looks like the pitch shifter tracking is awful. They need to improve that in future firmware upgrades!
I think they put almost all the DSP power on the amp sim section. Maybe that's why.
