  • A Top Shelf Modeler for Live performance.
Perfect for live applications, the TRIDENT offers plenty of I/O options. The SEND/RETURN effect loop for external effects, 2 balanced XLR outputs to the PA system, PHONES output for monitoring, EXP. PEDAL input for adding an expression pedal, MASTER VOL pot, and MIDI IN / OUT.
    Built like a tank.
The TRIDENT uses one-piece die-cast aluminum case, it’s solid, strong, build for live performance.
    World-Class Amp Modeling.
The TRIDENT features our newly updated iconic TSAC-4K Amp Modeling (White-box Physical Modeling algorithm). The TSAC-4K Amp Modeling algorithm is twice as complex than previous versions. This led us to design a new hardware platform with 2 DSPs, one to handle all the effects, and the other to handle the amp modeling algorithm. Additionally, the TRIDENT uses premium A/D & D/A converters and analog circuits to achieve a clear sound with low noise levels.

as a visually impaired person i appreciate this
right now i'm asking anybody with sight to try to adjust this and that lol
i wish the NUXX tutorials would be more specific
an example would be step 1. press the edit knob once 2. turn the left knob to the left 3. you should be on this parameter etc.
right now i want to set up my expression pedal to control the wah wah

Sounds very sweet. Some of the distorted tones sounds especially good. Won't be swapping my helix but still great review

Fantastic Demo - thanks so much! Awesome sound, and I really appreciate the way you explain the different amp models. I'm curious, how are you recording the Trident - straight into the computer vis USB, or are you going into an FRFR type speaker, or the return of the Katana amp behind you? Thanks.

Thanks Pete. I’m going straight out of the left and right 1/4” sockets into a four channel interface, recording straight to GarageBand.

I think the 5150 amp in the Trident is the best out of them all

Word has it they are very problematic in regard to storing personal re-tweaks, they remove the original factory presets when recalled afterward from their original positions, and the unit is iffy in it's stereo claims of being true stereo particularly in the effects being used internally, have you checked that aspect yet?

I’ve started tweaking and saving presets. Had to work out how to select the spot of choice, but seems ok so far. I’ll keep you posted!

@@thepedalpicassos I appreciate it, I like so far some of the presets as I'm sure lots of others do too, but it wouldn't be fun if the thing needs a factory re-set at boot up to have to retrieve them as a building point each time...thanks for the feedback.

Honestly? I love(d) the MG300, liked the MG400 + MG30, but having said that the Trident was the very worst Pedal Modeller i've ever tried in my life! You can even hear it in your Demo that every single sound is covered by Buzz! The Trident went back faster than i got it. At the moment i am trying out a Flamma FX200, and that is like Night and Day!

Yeah, hard to determine that point here, but yep! it was buzzy and using the noise gate to eradicate it is fine only to a certain point for obvious reasons.

@@thepedalpicassos It doesn't have to be to be an influenced presentation instead, the unit is unstable word has it, it seems unfortunately.
Did you check my comment regarding it loosing it's presets from their original positions if edited and saved as I mentioned?
