So one trick everyone might want to consider if you are using these half shelves is routing your lighting cables in the front, instead of the back of the case. Since the front door panel doesn't use the track of the frame bar, you can route the cable down the channel and then have it underneath the floor board to get it out the back hole.

looks like some common 2080 extruded aluminum parts with pixel glasses panels. ez DIY project at cheaper price maybe.

Did you have to wait long to get the shelves? I just got all my DF’s setup and realized I needed 4 shelves. I just put my order in and hoping I don’t have to wait another 16 months.
It def wasn’t that long. I think it varies. I’ve had a second order in and been waiting about a month.
So I'm curious, it look like when you were installing the shelf that you had one of the moducase figure stands propping it up.
Do these half shelves have a better look to them, or do you think that having two of the figure stands per DF120 would be better?
I like the shelves much better than the risers! They look nicer and can be adjusted.

Can you make a video on how to do the back shelf for the DF60?
Hey there! I don’t currently have any DF60s but I think the concept is the same for the most part!
just tried installing but the shelf wont fit in between the two posts of the case. Do you have to loosen the posts on the case to get the shelf inserted or should it fit in between them on its own?
That’s very odd. No, mine fit perfectly between. Might have to reach out to moduspace on that one.
Can you put those shelves at any height?
Yes you can!
Do you prefer the half shelf or the black display stand the moduspace also sells?
I much rather have these half shelves. You can adjust the height, they are longer and look great! Just hope the plexiglass doesn’t scratch over time.

Thanks for the helpful video! Do the shelves only come in a plexiglass version? Think I’d personally prefer the black velvet cloth, like the actual Moduspace itself?
@@davidbridgeman8118 you would have to get the risers which aren’t as long and come in a standard height around 4 inches I think.
