i am working on some projects that i am excited about. i get my insperation from people like you. i posted a few on my channel and i am working on a prototype for my next. do you build one first then make the video or do you just build and record?
Cool an attic rat just like me. :0). Every time my brother-in-law visits and asks, where is David, from the attic, I hear my wife say in “the attic”. Maybe such thing as working-in-the-attic hobby is a real thing. Shoot I even have speakers from my sound system (zone attic) terminating in my attic. Great video my friend that shares my passion.
Great video for getting the most from your attic space. I'm not an electrician, but I have a few pointers. Remember, you aren't in this space often so if there is a problem ie fire you will burn down your whole house or worse. so you should be as careful and safe with your circuits as possible. Please put a cover on the box and you should secure your Romex to a 2x4 board or something like that. It needs support. So that someone isn't tempted someday to hang an old coat or whatnot on those wires.
+Tom Dewey Thanks Tom! No worries all the wires are strapped and there is a cover on the box. I'd have to go back and watch the video I thought I showed strapping the Romex down. No one goes in the attic except for me everything should be fine.
It's actually not too bad in Winter (I live in SE wisconsin). I built a walkway up there in Winter and with a sweatshirt it was fine. I wouldn't go up there if it was below 0 or 10 OUTSIDEW though, but when the outside temp was 20-30 it was very comfortable sweatshirt temperature (probably 40-55 degrees up there). F going up there in Summer though.
I was wondering this also, when I replaced my furnace I got asteal of a deal to add AC, I went one step further and ran a additional duct into attic, now when I run ac it's cool in attic also, it also helps on cooling cost
Love your vids bruh, but this was named incorrectly... it wasn't anything about organization. Rather, this video was about installing a light and cutting carpet
I've seen enough to share this channel with my brother who has plans to build his own workshops and channel. Keep up the great work dude. Much love.
I love how simple your designs are. So many diy ideas I'm complying currently. Thanks. Keep it up
The carpet is a great idea, makes it easier on the knees when crawling up there. Nice!
It's a life saver. I appreciate it everytime I'm up there.
Job well done. Something about DIY, it makes a man proud. Keep up the great work! 🇺🇸🤠👍🏼
Good information. I can't do any of it but it was entertaining. 😂

That's great. I just build and record. I take my time and pace it so I don't make a mistake.
What about the heat during the summer? Doesn’t that destroy the plastic overtime?
Wood love to do that, but in south florida the temp in my attic is about 2 degrees below the surface of the sun. Good video though
Lol I know what you mean! I live in Florida. It's been good so far
That made me chuckle lol x

Was there any other videos on your attic? This was awesome.
Put dryer sheets in all storage tubs
Hey, thanks! I accidentally left a package of clove chewing gum in a toolbox. That worked out fairly well.
Its a great clean up product for sticky stuff, keeps tubs smelling fresh, and also keeps bugs and rodents away!
interesting. good stuff!
+Ramon McNally (DJ-ÐiGiT) Thanks
Unfortunately my attic is in central Illinois where the space gets amazingly hot in the summer and downright frigid in the winter.

there is an electric scissors by skilsaw and formx? on amazon that is great for this!
Are you able to stand at the center of the attic? What is the height in the middle?
Any advice for a low attic
Closet shelving, a great buy at Habitat for Humanity Restore stores....thanks for the carpeting and closet shelving idea to utilize my loft space! 8-)
I saw a furnace air return duct is it a furnace or is it a air handler
I was wondering this also, when I replaced my furnace I got asteal of a deal to add AC, I went one step further and ran a additional duct into attic, now when I run ac it's cool in attic also, it also helps on cooling cost
My attic looks like the inside of an Iron Maiden compared to this one. One wrong move away from a complimentary labotomy
