I use this method although I haven’t seen a dr but ik I have plantar fasciitis due to being overweight sadly it only gives me temporary relief but I still love it

@@kingghost703 30 minutes is something you work up to, not to do right away. The best way is first do it with a frozen bottle of drinking water, only roll a few minutes. Then do it again in an hour. I got rid of mine right away with the frozen water bottle. A massage the feet, but only to stretch the muscles, not make more pain. Another rule of thumb is to wear really good shoes, sneakers, or sandals that are made for plantar fasciitis. Never go barefoot again, except for showering. Kuru is a brand that is good, Brooks, and Vionics. I never had to do to the doctor, and as soon as I found the proper footwear, I am good. No pain at all. Find the right shoe or sneaker that works for you. I know the first time I had to pay that kind of money on sandals, I was really mad. But, I am pain free. Watch constantly for sales. Good luck.
I do this method in the morning and at night. The weird part is that I only have plantar in my right foot and not my left
I am experiencing the same thing. On my right foot only
Do you still have it?

Is that a dryer ball? Or a ball especially made for foot massage. My dryer ball for my dryer looks just like that. Can I use that?
A dryer ball will not be able to hold its shape when you put pressure down on it with your foot.
:) i like this lady shes happy

My spiky ball is slightly larger than a golf ball and a bit harder than yours. I get some relief. PF sucks.

What is the difference between good pain and bad pain?
Good pain is more akin to what you'd feel during a massage

Press harder
didn't say how long to use the ball, nor if you can do it too much?
From 2 to 5 minutes each foot. Starting off slowly and building up to 5 minutes per foot. Go at your own pace.
Mine relief takes 30 minutes each foot of the pain is severe
