@@Pinscher-c8e Running defrag on an SSD is generally not good as it increases wear for no reason. For example, it's been over 10 years since a Macbook had an HDD. I'd say most computers sold in the last 10 years use SSD. And those computers that had HDD have probably been upgraded to an SSD by the user.
