Personally, I do fine with some caffeine. I have a couple cups of coffee a day, and it doesn’t affect me. I just enjoy it. But that’s me, and I respect that it affects other people differently. ❤ As for the other things, I feel so much better without them! Especially the seed oils, which I think are the absolute worst thing a person can consume. I love this perspective. And I actually need this positivity right now, as there are things in life I’m really struggling with at the moment.
