For the people who are saying "good cover", it's the acoustic version played live by the lead singer of The Dreadnoughts
It is a cover though. The second half of this song is an old folk song, usually known as 'High Germany'. I'm not sure about the first half, although they have said they borrowed this arrangement from another band.
Technically this song itself is a cover/combination of Fighting for Strangers and High Germany
These are two traditional songs combined. I am not aware of the arrangement being taken from any other band, so I wouldn't think of it as a cover but a reworking of traditional songs.
