See, I just like chocolate ice cream though, and whenever I've gotten neapolitan it's roughly 1/2 strawberry or vanilla, 499/1000 the other, and 1/1000 chocolate
To me, the strawberry and vanilla are the best and I always get tub where I have to dig along the side to get enough vanilla flavor so I guess I have the opposite problem

Technically Neapolitan is any three flavors in the same tub, in Italian Flag configuration. (Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla are the 3 most popular flavors in the USA, so when they're mass manufacturing, companies tend to use those, but it doesn't have to be! The first Neapolitan ice cream was made with pistachio ice cream.)
